Introduction of Anti-fog film
Clear Vision anti-fog film was developed with nano-technology coating material and to create excellent anti-fog performance. The anti-fog layer is coated on the durable PET layer which is laminated with adhesive and releasing film on the back side. It is a low cost solution to address condensation problems for reach in refrigerator and freezer doors. It can also be applied to the helmet, goggle, bus window , bathroom mirror, and also building windows, anywhere that is subject to condensation problems . Since it has very low contact angle with water, the water drop will flow down and will not stick on the mirror during rainy days, so it can also be used for the back mirror of cars, to keep “clear vision”.
Advantages of Clear Vision
- High transmittance: very good optical transmittance, more than 90% for the visible light.
- High stability: by using the PV module grade of PET film, the mechanical strength is good in ultra-wide temperature range.
- High durability: can be wiped and cleaned many times, easy to maintain the anti fog function. The film is durable and long lasting unlike other anti fog coatings ,it will not lose its anti fog properties when washed or soaked with water when cleaned.
- Safety: the anti-fog film helps to keep the glass in place in case of breakage. the glass or mirror more or less becomes explosion-proof.
- Easy to use: easy to install and can be easily peeled off and replaced once it is damaged.
